Charlie Stolper () is a Principal of Watermill Ventures and Watermill Advisors. He is the founder and Managing General Partner of Nassau Capital Partners. With over twenty-five years of investment banking experience spread among Kidder, Peabody & Co. Incorporated, Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc. and Nassau Capital Partners, Mr. Stolper provides investment banking and strategic and financial consulting services. Several buyouts organized by Mr. Stolper include the organization of ETEC, Inc., a management led consortium of major industrial companies to purchase the Electron Beam Technology division of Perkin-Elmer Corporation and the purchase of Carter-Glogau Laboratories, a generic parenteral drug manufacturer by Schein Pharmaceuticals Inc.

During 2000-2001, Mr. Stolper served as Interim CFO for U.S. Inspect, Inc., the largest provider of home inspection services in the United States. He has also served as CFO of several development stage companies including WorldCare Limited, an international health services company that provides e-health services from the United States to the Middle East, Latin America and Southeast Asia, and Genesis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a development stage biotechnology incubator.

Mr. Stolper is on the Board of Directors of BeneFirst LLC, a third-party administrator of health plans and HOPE Worldwide, Ltd., an international charity with operations in 85 countries focusing on health, children and seniors with an annual budget of $35 million.

Mr. Stolper is an honors graduate of Wesleyan University and received his M.B.A. with high distinction from the Harvard Business School. He is married with two children and enjoys golf, skiing and bridge.
