Peter d’Entremont () is a Senior Associate at Watermill Advisors. He is responsible for market research, strategy development, management and execution for Watermill’s Advisory mandates.

Prior to joining Watermill in 2003, Mr. d’Entremont held operational and strategic roles in private equity backed companies for more than 12 years. His recent assignments have been for middle-market companies and include strategic marketing studies for a national foto-booth operator, a fireplace products distributor, and an industrial saw blade manufacturer. He has written and edited several business and operational plans which have been used to generate follow-on financing for his clients, most recently for the foto-booth company. Mr. d’Entremont has significant operational experience implementing operational and strategic plans, including managing a multi-million dollar research program for a medical device company. He has managed people and resources in special situations including thinly capitalized early-stage companies and poorly integrated acquisitions.

Mr. d’Entremont is an engineer and has successfully brought many products to market, created new and improved manufacturing processes, managed facilities, and led industrial collaborations with multi-national companies. He is co-inventor on four issued U.S. patents. His products and collaborations have spanned the Globe, including the Pacific Rim and Europe.

Mr. d’Entremont holds an MBA with Highest Distinction from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelors of Science, Mechanical Engineering with a general education concentration in Government and Foreign Affairs from The University of Virginia. He enjoys day hikes, boating, photography, and cars and is a member of the Trustees of Reservations, The Museum of Science, and the University of Virginia alumni association.
