Kitty Sahin () is a Partner at The Watermill Group where her principal activities are focused on identifying, acquiring, and financing new acquisitions for Watermill investors. She joined Watermill from Charles River Laboratories, where she was the head of corporate development responsible for acquisitions, divestitures and other transactions to support the company’s growth and strategic realignment. Prior to Charles River, Ms. Sahin managed acquisitions, collaborations and minority equity investments at Corning Incorporated where she expanded the company’s access to new technologies.
Ms. Sahin also has deep experience partnering with senior executives to drive strategic change. In addition to her contributions at Charles River and Corning, she was a consultant at Bain & Company where she developed innovative growth strategies for clients in a variety of industries. Prior to Bain & Company, Ms. Sahin was an analyst at Industrial Economics. Ms. Sahin has broad industry experience including manufacturing, contract services, distribution and retail.
Kitty Sahin earned her MBA at The Wharton School where she was a Palmer Scholar. She holds a BA in economics with distinction from Yale University. Ms. Sahin is married with two children.
