Watermill Group Promotes Scott Oudheusden to Partner
BOSTON, MA – January 23, 2024 – Boston-based Watermill Group, a strategy-driven middle market private investment firm, today announced the promotion of Scott Oudheusden to Partner. In his new capacity, Mr. Oudheusden is responsible for the evaluation, due diligence, and execution of potential transactions, as well as providing assistance to portfolio companies. With more than a decade of combined experience as an attorney and investor, Mr. Oudheusden brings essential insight and perspective to his expanded role.

Prior to joining Watermill, Mr. Oudheusden worked as an analyst at Stadium Capital Management, an investment firm based in Connecticut, where he was responsible for evaluating public market investment opportunities. Before that, Mr. Oudheusden was an attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where he advised corporate clients on a variety of transactional matters totaling several billion dollars in transaction value, ranging from initial public offerings to high-yield bond offerings and syndicated loans. He received a B.A. from Northwestern University and graduated with departmental honors in Economics. He received a J.D. from the University of Virginia and was an Editor of the Virginia Law Review.
